Initially, the collaboration faced several significant challenges, including the need for specialized knowledge of the AICOMP-specific VCXI* package and an understanding of the packaging industry. Collaboration across different time zones with AICOMP's functional team required extra coordination, while the complex processes involved required careful analysis and optimization.
Early stages saw performance bottlenecks with new processes, which were swiftly addressed. Throughout, both AICOMP and our lead developer demanded high standards, ensuring quality at every step. While initial communication barriers and occasional lack of detailed information slowed progress at times, the teams quickly adapted, improving clarity and efficiency as the project moved forward.
