      Frequently Asked Questions, Clear Answers

      faqicon

Do I need an IT background to join the Junior Program?

Not necessarily. What matters most is your willingness to learn and grow. We’ve welcomed juniors with degrees in biology, education, and many other fields. Curiosity, adaptability, and motivation often count more than your diploma.

      faqicon

Will I be working on real projects or just training?

You’ll start with training, but quickly move on to real client work. Our juniors are trusted with meaningful tasks early on — from cloud migrations to development work and SAP implementations. You’ll never feel like you’re just watching from the sidelines.

      faqicon

How much support will I get as a junior?

A lot. You’ll have a personal mentor, but support doesn’t stop there — your whole team is there to guide you. You’ll be part of a collaborative culture where asking questions is encouraged, and growth is a shared goal.

      faqicon

What is the work culture like at Lupus?

Supportive, respectful, and human. Juniors are treated as equals, not as “just trainees.” You’ll find flexible structures, understanding leadership, and a strong sense of trust — whether you work remotely or in one of our offices.

      What happens after the program?

Many of our juniors stay on and grow into full-time roles — as consultants, developers, or specialists in their chosen fields. The program is just the beginning of a long-term journey with us.
